I want more Timmy!
Timmy for my Elem, dammit! :P
Chaincast:
Enchantment Spell, Energy Storage
10e, 1s cast, 30s recharge.
For the next 5..15.20s, all your elementalist damage spells cost 5e, have 1s recharge, and are easily interruptable. Casting time, aftercast and exhaustion are unchanged.
Glyph of Forking:
Elite Glyph, Energy Storage.
5e, 1s cast, 45s recharge.
The next elementalist damage spell you cast will have half damage, but will be copied 2..4.6 times across any enemies "in the area" of your target.
"Fork you! Fork you all! Wahahaha!"
The end.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Less Magic: the Gathering, more Guild Wars.
Chaincast is too powerful, along with Mantra of Resolve.
Glyph of Forking - What is classified as a Damage Spell? (Chain Lightnings behold, now!)

Less Guild Wars. More explosions. Now.
...
edit: In order to provide at least a bare minimum of actual content to this reply, tho it irks my very soul to do so....
What if Chaincast is non stackable with a stance then?
As for forking, here's my original intention but I thought it might be too complicated to fit into one paragraph.
"copied 2...4.6 times across any enemies in the area of your target, at a rate of one time per second."
There, less spikey.
Besides, (almost) anything can be made to be balanced with appropriate tweaking of numbers. What's important is that the Timminess be preserved, and explosions encouraged.

Well, elems dont seem to have stances, so I thought I'd keep it that way. Besides, enchants are easier to counter than stances. I tried to throw as many weak points as I could onto the thing whilst still keeping its true spirit of explosions alive.
