Favorite Builds: change your build with 1 click in 1 second
Basicly, this idea is just like Counter-Strike: Source. You can add 4 different favorites of equipment, which you can choose by clicking just 1 button.
Wouldn't it be cool, to add your builds to a list without changing them over and over again?
Let's say you are a 55hp monk, and want to go on a healing spree as a normal monk. 1 click should be enough to change the build you want.
Or for a warrior, he can have these as his favorites: the stance tank build, his axe, sword and hammer build.
This will save alot of time me thinks.

If you are talking about tabs like the weapon tabs, I am for it. It was set like this in one of the Guild Wars Prophecies beta events, but I don't know what happened to it. Basically you could also assign armor to your body along with the weapon tabs. This would be cool if you are, say, a ranger that uses traps and a bow. If you had 12 in both marksmanship and wilderness survival you could press a button and switch between the preset with your archer's mask with its rune of superior marksmanship and your traveler's mask of superior wilderness survival so you could max one attribute up to 16 temporarily without manually having to open up your inventory and do it. The ability to carry in multiple armor sets would be extended to PVP characters also.
And sometimes it's just funny to have a "nudity button" that you press and your armor is completely off. Getting naked and taunting an enemy before running away quickly with your armor back on just as the arrows start flying is hilarious every time.

would save a lot of work for us, but it's probably pretty complicated to make such a system.
