Unlocking PvP Runes and Mods
Add runes and upgrades directly into the inventory when unlocked with faction on a PvP character. They should be special "PvP" ones so that they can't be used on PvE characters or transferred for sale. This could save a lot of time; for example, I tried running a death necro for the first time in PvP recently, and I didn't have superior death unlocked. It would have been a lot easier to just make the character and then unlock the rune and put it on the armor, instead of having to use a separate character to go unlock the rune first. After all, it does that with skills already... I know this seems like a minor thing, but I think it might be a nice fix if it's easy enough from a programming standpoint. Thoughts?

Hm, yea, I guess I did phrase it badly.... Okay, I'll try again with my death necro example.
I want to make a PvP death necromancer with 16 death magic, but I don't have the superior rune unlocked. In order to visit a priest of balthazar, I must log onto a different character and unlock it before making my necro. I just think it would be more efficient if I made the death necromancer first, then unlocked the rune, and then received it in my inventory so I could use the rune without making a new character.
The only problem with this is that the rune could be put in storage and given to a PvE character, which is why the runes would have to be specific to PvP characters.
The same principle for weapon mods.

This is something that has come up before: editing pvp charachters without recreating them, that way you could change secondarys, add pvp weapon mods, and runes. It is something game people are working on, but is on the back burner till factions from what i understand from gaile chatlogs
