Default petition for necromancer skills with ideas

well,i dont know if anyone has posted this before or not,i could not find anything on it.so.........here we go.

soul reaping skills i propose for the necromancer:

1)soul collecter-stance
5 nrg/recharge 10 sec
"for 15 seconds when soul reaping is triggered gain that much life"

2)blood spikes-enchantment
15nrg/2 sec to cast/-1 nrg regen while maintaining/recharge 30 sec
"while you maintain this enchantment whenever target ally sacrifices life
all adjacent enemys are hit for 10-50 dark damage(depends on skill points)"

3)grenth's smile-spell
15nrg/3sec to cast/30 sec recharge
"for 20 seconds all minnions you control attack and move 25% faster"

4)fear of death-hex
10nrg/2 sec to cast/recharge 10 sec
"for 15 seconds whenever target foe is healed that foe looses 200% life of the amount healed"

5)call of the grave-hex
25nrg/3 sec to cast/25 sec recharge
"for 10 seconds target foe suffers health degeneration 1-16 and energy degeneration 1-8"

6)army of the master-spell
25nrg/25 recharge
"sacrifice 50% max health and 10 bone horrors/summon a flesh golem,that you control,with level = to level of horrors sacrificed,you may not control more than 2 flesh golems"

7)final breath-spell
15nrg/2 sec to cast/30 sec recharge
"sacrifice all your life,target ally gains health regeneration 1-16 and energy regen 1-8"

8)armor of souls-stance
10nrg/10 sec recharge
" you gain +2 health regeneration and +25 armor to all attacks,but holy damage you recive is 50% more, armor of souls ends after 10 seconds unless your soul reaping is triggered"

9)void of death-spell
10nrg/1 sec recharge
"sacrifice 10% max health deal 25-120 dark damage to all adjacent foes"

10)dying silence-hex
10nrg/1 sec to cast/15 sec recharge
"end all target foes shouts and stances those shouts and stances are disabled for 1-8 seconds"


ELITES as follows:

1)"your soul is mine"-elite shout(or spell,i thought a shout would look cooler in game) 10nrg/10 sec recharge
"target foe and all adjacent foes loose 50-80 health for each dead ally of yours,for each foe that dies from this shout 1 random ally is ressurected with 25% health and 0 energy and no death penalty"

2)army of grenth-elite spell
10nrg/10 sec recharge
"sacrifice 50% max health and 10 bone fiends/summon a dragon lich ,that you control, with level = to level of feinds sacrificed,you may not control more than 1 dragon lich"


well, i had alot of fun with this and i hope you like it.i also wanted to say that i tried to maintain a sense of balance.all other ideas/criticism/thoughts welcome.i really want to see some soul reaping skills put in the game even if they are not these for alliances and/or factions.

ADDED:this is a petiton for soul reaping skills 1st and formost...............

many of them are WAY overpowered especially even though theyre not elites! i think necros are good with just icy veins as mesmers are good with just mantra of recovery(?i think?).

half of those are too powerful to even be elites, +16 health degen (not possible BTW) and +8 energy degen (+10 for a war and a caster, not balanced...)???? thats worth my entire skill bar!!! (i seriously would give my skill bar to have just that skill, even if i do die for it... lemme see... i take it this surpasses prot monk skill though)

Do any other casters have shouts? no. Do any prof other than monks have -1 eng enchants? no. keep it that way. its unique that way. dont twist them into crossclass skills

This is more pwerful than IWAY, 7 dead members = 350 spike with NO SR at all, i would use this skill if i was a /necro !!! but 80 spike?? get 2 necros and 6 henchies and lets see...960 SPIKE! woohoo insta death spells are finally here! lets destroy the balance!

As if death aura + dark pact spikers arent powerful enough lets add another 50dmg to the mix! woohoo! (plus -1 energy regen are monk only)

this is like dark pact on steroids. see above problem.

OK AFTER THAT i do like Armor of Souls, really thats my only favorite! But it should be like +5...25 Armor depending on SR
Sorry but i really saw some problems there got a bit carried away, but i guess you could add some skills to the game for SR.

this was just base ideas on the fly......and to be veiwed as that.

The only one I liked was the first one. The other are vastly overpowered or very redundant. Either way, all bad skills.


Note to Trylo: +18 health regen is possible. It would give 10 regen even while you are suffering from 8 degen.
