Skill Trainer dojos
I was just thinking about buying a skill off a dodgy looking drawf in Ember Light and thought... who is this guy that knows all? Shouldn't he be some hardcore looking dude in a temple or something?
We need skill trainer dojos!

kill the trainers, make other ways to gain skills, more skill quests, collector's that train you skills they know when you give them what they want. Maybe som skill crafters. They would have skills that requires some material and other stuff so they could teach you the skills.

Why not let players train other players?
If I've got an elite you want and you have a skill point, you can spend the skill point and I can train you them the skill. Of course you can charge it for them too.

I've been having the idea of making cap sigs work in PvP for a while now. But it just seems silly
