To the entire Guru community:

It's with a heavy heart that I must inform you that this site, Guild Wars Guru, will be shutting down on July 1st and will remain in Archive Mode. Over the past 11 years, we've become, and continued to remain, the #1 fansite for Guild Wars, and it's all because to you guys. Without such a strong and passionate community, Guru would have never made it this far and so we thank you for that.

And while we will be saying good-bye to our home here, we will continue to host forums for the GW community over at our sister site, Guild Wars 2 Guru. In fact, you are more than welcome to head on over now and begin posting. If you have any threads you'd like to transfer over, now would be the time.

So once again thank you, and especially those that contributed their time and knowledge to make Guru the amazing place it was. We'll see you over at Guild Wars 2 Guru!

Bartuc Galadwor Frost Gate Guardian Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Alberta, Canada Guild: Fifteen Over Fifty [Rare]; [SMS] Alliance Profession: W/Mo	A suggestion for the Survivor Title We know that anyone that already had a character when this title was released will not be able to get it, which seems pretty silly to me. I had a couple of ideas to fix this and wanted to see if any of you liked them. 1. Make so that you get the title if your NEXT 140,600, 587,500 and 1,337,500 experience points that are recieved go without a death, that way characters who have already been made can get it. Then if you died at say 500,000 exp you would still have the Survivor title and can still try for the next levels but must start from 0 exp again. 2. Make it account based so we can make a new character, get the title and then delete him and have the title on all our characters. Any thoughts?
