Default Hybrid Skills

These skills you can only obtain with your starter secondary profession. You cannot obtain skills built for W/Me if you started as W/Mo.

So basically this: You have a bunch of skills that require two classes to have. For example, an A/R may have

Poisonous Strike:
5 Energy
1.....10 damage
2....12 poison
Dagger Mastery + Wilderness Survival

and a W/Mo may have
Holy Strike:
5 energy
+1.....10 damage
+1....3 second knockdown
5 holy damage
Smiting + Any Weapon

E/R
15 energy
Charred Spirit
Burning lasts 1....5 seconds longer.
Fire Magic + Wilderness Survival

The idea of two-class skills has been discussed to death, but I don't think I've heard this wrinkle before. Why would you want the game to be so restrictive?
