First off, the rewards for the Charting Quests need to be fixed. 5,000 experience, sure. But 500 faction for charting 16 points in each map which has to be done in succession? 1K, 1.5K or even 2K. But not 500.

Secondly. A way of gaining faction that doesnt require brainless, mind numbing grind farming. Create 2 new scrolls. One for Luxon, One for Kurzick. Something to the point of

"For 20 minutes, each member of your party gains 10 L/K Faction for each enemy killed"

I haven't gotten around to the Charting quests.....but dayum, I see what you mean.

Faction scroll....wow another nice idea......if there was some area where you take on the opposite faction as npc's.

If there was a challenge quest like the one where you slaughter hordes of afflicted early on near Kaineng, but instead of exp you get that many in faction, might be another way of earning faction now that it's been nerfed.

The Charting quests don't have to be done in the order listed. In the Jade Sea one, Mount Qinkai is listed before Boreas Seabed but I explored the 5 points in Boreas then did the 5 for Qinkai, and they both counted.

But I do agree with you.
