Suggestion of a new weapon mod
Bow/Hammer/Sword/Staff/Daggers/Axe Haft of HaXxX0r
reduces lagging duration by 33% now really, an inherent weapon mod of 15% whil in shout will be nice |

you are never "in" a shout, and this IMO is overpowered as there are no downfalls as watch yourself can be renewed very fast with very low tactics... they might add it, but it would be overpowering IMO
