Maybe the reason you're having issues is because you're bringing 2 attacks. Do you think Warriors would be as great as they are if they only packed 2 attacks?

Possibly no Res Sig in that build. I mean, if you expect to be the first to die on the field, would you pack a res?

No Rez sig, no point in 12v12. And as for Warriors, I have one of those too. and yes 2 attacks on them are fine, but only because most Warrior attacks are spamable, especially low cost adrenals. In addition adrenals are rarely countered as opposed to energy based attacks like the Assassin's.

The irony is that I would agree that 2 attack combos on Assassins wouldn't do enough dmg, unless spamable. That's why I carry at least a 3 hit combo.

Once again, someone attempts to attack the skill of the person playing the Assassin instead of the problems of the class overall. Seriously, not every person who takes issue with the obvious flaws in the various aspects of the Assassin sucks at playing one. This isn't wammo syndrome anymore, that's over and done with, the wammo Assassins have, for the most part, gone back to being thick armored, and thick headed, wammos.

eh... since that new patch that killed golden pheonix strike, i'd rather have warrior over assasin now, but the old combo was great...

I like this guy, anyway I'm glad this thread is getting something going, the fact that no PvE group wants an assassin, I mean they even consider them more a burden than help, makes it blatenly obvious something is wrong.
