Haha you actually got me laughing out loud.

Dude, if they don't want to leave, there's two explanations for it:
1: He doesn't give a damn about you, your "power" is not enough
2: He's not worth being in your guild alliance if he can't be serious

This is not a "problem" on A-net's side, more a "social problem" of your own.

form 2 parties and scrim, chat in your scrim. Thats 16 people. If your having a bigger meeting than 16 people, you really should find something less fat such as IRC.

Select the Person, click "Kick" or something...

Just an idea now that alliance chat is open for everyone to chat in... us leaders have to have somewhere we can chat in peace..
