I'm not sure how feasable this would be, but something along the lines of an account based title that essentially has to do with the percentage of mods you have unlocked and / or runes. Though i'm not sure if this would be possible, as you can unlock mods / runes through redeeming Balth faction.

I've been thinking about it off and on a few days, I mean...how difficult would it be to implement? They already keep track of the information, so it wouldn't seem as though it would be too big a patch.

not really necessary IMO
it is too easy unless you include unlocked skills to the unlocked runes/mods

I wouldnt be to offended if there was one just on skills unlocked(counting elite, but not limited to them) and one just unlocked items, it doesnt really matter how you get them, faction wouldnt take as lon gto get a specific mod, but people are still doing the work to get it.

Meh. you can get ran/p lvl'd for survivor, you can get power famed or w/e for hero title, you can buy unid gold items for cheat for wisdom seeker and such.
