Now that Factions is here, if we find the right crafter we can craft practically any weapon type we want. Staves with every attrib for every profession, any melee weapons with any type of damage modifier (+15% > 50%, +15% / -5e, +15% / -10 AL, etc), but what we can't craft are all possible bows. There's only the Longbow and the Shortbow, neither Flatbow, Hornbow nor Recurve is craftable. Right now I'm looking for a Flatbow with +15% while in a stance, but since they aren't craftable, I have to go spam in trade channel for collector items so I can go get one from a Collector.

I think all bow types should be craftable, since all other weapons are.

It only makes sense. Though it would be interesting to see even more items in say...the Vasburg Armory's already huge list, lol.

/not signed: just don't be lazy and go and farm the items needed to get it from a collector instead of wasting your time in outposts.

Note: all the weapons are not craftable. I've never seen a crafter for 15/-1 off-hands for example.

However, I regret there is no crafter/collector for +5 energy composite bows.

I believe the collector at the Imperial Sanctum will give you just such a bow for 5 of the Soulstone things. <(^_^)>

There are collectors who will give you 15/-1 offhands, though not for all attributes.

Give me a build to farm Shiro'ken and I would if I still needed the Soulstones. Took me hours to get 5 of them. Some materials are way too hard to get. I did Vizunah Square earlier cause I needed Pulsating Growths. After doing it 3 times (even though I already had Master's Reward), I still had 0 Pulsating Growths.

About 15/-1 offhands, ever tried Honglei Sun in Maatu Keep?

There's a collector in Maatu for a recurve 15>50 I believe.

I would like to be able to craft faction bows (weapons and shields as well) by using amber and jade plus the other collectable drops. I would love to have weapon types match the armor types we can get.
