Get rid of this attribute, too powerful.

even if you expand this, i agree that any weapon that fast is way too good unless the weapon starts out painfully slow and you lower that percent to about 2-3%. think about it, if your getting 5 hits a second, and you start throwing on buffs like strenght of honor, imaginary weapon, or something like order of the vampire you become invincible. live vicariously would also make you invincible.

This idea just SUX...
The name is bad
The attribute is overpowered
And...your description is way too brief...and it shows you're not so serious about it.

The name seemed kind of unusual, that got me right away, I'm not familiar with Ssaix, so I would like to know what in the world this is, and the attack speed attribute is way over the top, Assassin is already the class of fast hits, with Dagger mastery adding 1% chance of doulble striking per point, with a random chance to get additional hits, this is about as fast as hit rates should ever be, at max an Assassins attack rate is apx once per second, .33 faster than Warrior.
Faster attacks will blow up skills like mentioned above, and ones like Barbs and Mark of Pain, you can't afford to have any higher attack rate, attack rates like 1.0 and perhaps even attack speed increasing skills, are already powerful.
Besides that, this is awefully simular to Assassin in function, who also practices a "perfection" in combat, or at least uses precise skilled attacks rather than weapon bashing like a warrior. Assassin is also rather fast, with skills that allow them to go 50% faster, and teleport (although I think their teleport skills suck).
I would suggest a more classic name, because Anet has pretty much stuck with normal titles thus far, I don't think they will stretch to unusual titles any time soon, although they could. And at least give us some examples of what it is that this class does differently and how it is ment to work, in the mean time I will look up Ssaix and find out what the hell your even talking about.
