there will be no classes that will not be of slight similarity of the 6 existing classes.
also,
a ranger does not influence the damage and health of the pet unless it has rank in beast mastery.
as for a shadow master, the amount of damage dealt and the amount of health is directly proportional to the masters'.
and most players in pvp right now either use pets just for them to die or stand way back and smite on the pets or just get energy through the pet. people seldom use their pets to fight along with them primarily.
for a shadow master, shadow will definitely be prominent and of more significance. they deal damage together with the master.

Great, so now you can just take a team of 8 shadow masters to tombs, make it 16 and whoop iways and all the other teams out there
Well maybe 7 shadow masters and 1 healer, or 6 shadows and 2 healer. In any case it's a bit too powerful.

doh. every build has a counter to it. iway is easy to counter. ballers are easy to counter. spikers are easy to counter. and of course this would be easy to counter too well think about it there all melee and smiting would own them.

its like a permanent boost effect. doesnt have to be casted but takes up a slot in skill bar.

Iway is not easily counterable. That's that lot, with their pets. Now here, We've got the shadow build - 6 of them, with shadows that are a lot more powerful than pets. Then just let these shadows go S/W and they can take i will avenge you, and whoop ass. And they've got two healers to heal them. No way am I gonna see that.

hmm. u haf a point there. ok i know, when shadows die, there will not be any corpse (cos well umm.. theyre shadows) so iway will not work on them? and an order necro would not work on it because shadows deal dark damage.

hmm ok, that ends my worries, but look at these two teams.
Team 1=6 iway warriors, with pets, and two order necros
Team 2=6 shadow masters, with shadows and two order necros
Shadows are still stronger than than the pets, but perhaps the shadows would get kinda beaten in the battle. The pets are out of the equation, so we have
iway wwarriors, order necros - shadow masters, two order necros, remnants of shadows
I'm not sure who would win, shadow masters or warriors, but looking at if they are equal then the shadow team will probably win.

imagine if this was a class in gw, there would be an ungodly number of SM named sephiroth and cloud

A shadow is summoned, like a minion, hence no corpse, no ally'd health bar. No IWAY trigger.
Orders base off physical damage. Like he said....
Which helps pets but not the shadows.
That makes it even more attractive in ways, since it compensates for the increased damage from the shadow to keep it from being ungodly powerful.
Solid contribution as far as player made classes go, keep working up some skills for it, most attributes have 20 some skills each
