Concept Class-Shamen/Witch Docter
Okay, I thought out this class out while surfing the forums. It's called the Shamen/Witch Docter.
Premise:
Basically this class will focus on potions, chants, voodoo, and rituals. So basically its like one of those native village healers that you see on Discovery Channel. They use potions to "feed"(target touched) their allies to buff them, like a potion to heal, energy, cure conditions and hexes, and prevent them. They're also used to maybe poison enemies perhaps. Chants are used to call upon the gods to either atk the enemy or help your allies by Buffing or Hex your foes. Voodoo is used to give your opponent conditions by burning their voodoo doll or pinning them w/ needles to cause bleeding. Rituals are used to ready your allies for battle and give your party a full buff for a certain amount of time. This is the Shamen's primary attribute.
Appearance:
In loincloth's w/ bottles and bag to carry their potions.
Armor:
55-65AL, 30 energy, 4 regen. Bonuses can include increased ritual speed or something
Weapon:
Wand+Focus, or Staff.
Attributes:
Rituals(primary): For each attribute in Rituals, Recharge times of skills are decreased by 4%. Attributes also effect the duration and power of rituals. Only one ritual under this attribute can be active at a time.
Potions: Skills in potions effects the effectiveness and duration of potions and cures.
Chants: Chant skills are used to aid allies and hex foes.
Voodoo: Attributes under voodoo increase the effectiveness of voodoo spells.

Balthazar's Rage

Your party has the rage of Balthazar. For 10...15 seconds, your party's attacks do +5...+10.
Melandru's Quickness
15e | 5c | 45r: (Ritual)
Your party has the quickness of Melandru. For 8...12 seconds, your party moves 25% and attacks 10% faster.
Calling of Grenth
10e | 3c | 30r: (Ritual)
Your party gains the Calling of Grenth. For 10...15 seconds, your party gains 1...5 energy every time there is a death.
Lyssa's Illusion
25e | 2c | 20r: (Ritual)
Your party has the Illusion of Lyssa. For 5...10 seconds, your party has a 75% to evade attacks.
Dwayna's Hope
15e | 3c | 30r: (Ritual)
Your party gains the Hope of Dwayna. For 10 seconds your party is healed for 10...40 every 2 seconds.
Foresight
10e | 1c | 40r: (Elite Glyph)
Your next ritual is recharged instantly.
Potions:
Refreshing Drink
5e | 1/4c | 3r: (Spell)
Target touched ally is healed for 40...70.
Energizing Elixer
10e | 1/4c | 10r: (Spell)
Sacrifice 5% health. Target touched ally gains 4....10 energy.
Drink of Power
15e | 1/4c | 15r: (Enchantment Spell)
Target touched ally attacks for +1...+12 for the next 1...5 attacks.
Heebie Jeebie Juice
5e | 1/4c | 5r: (Spell)
Target touched ally is cured of one condition and healed for 5....15 health.
Vial of Toxin
10e | 1c | 3r: (Spell)
Target foe is hit with a vial of toxin causing poison for 5 seconds. This spell has half the normal range.
Witch's Remedy
10e | 1c | 5r: (Spell)
Target ally is cured of one hex or condition. This spell has half the normal range.
Rai's Holy Water
10e | 1c | 15r: (Spell)
All creatures adjacent to this spell are healed for 30...120. Undead and spirits are unaffected by this spell.
Chants:
Leopard's Agility
10e | 1c | 5r: (Enchantment Spell)
Target ally moves 33% faster for 5...10 seconds
Lion's Heart
15e | 2c | 40r: (Enchantment Spell)
For 30 seconds, target ally's health is increased by 40...140.
Tracker's Insight
5e | 2c | 20r: (Skill)
For 5...15 seconds, your radar is increased by 20%.
Rai's Defenses
5e | 0c | 45r: (Stance)
For 10 seconds, you have a 75% to evade attacks.
Voodoo:
Create Voodoo Doll
5e | 2c | 10r: (Item Spell)
For 60 seconds, you hold a voodoo doll. When dropped, target is knocked down.
Aquire Replica
5e | 1c | 5r: (Spell)
Mold Voodoo Doll into target foe.
Needle Voodoo
5e | 1c | 10r: (Skill)
Target foe is struck by needles and starts to bleed for 2....15 seconds.
Burn Voodoo
10e | 1c | 10r: (Skill)
Target foe is lit on fire for 1....5 seconds.
Torn Limb
10e | 1c | 20r: (Skill)
Target foe is hit with damage and is dismembered for 5....15 seconds.
Blindfold
15e | 1c | 20r: (Skill)
Target foe becomes blind for 3....8 seconds.
Synopsis:
Well, this is my build. Feel free to give comments on it. This build could help alot as a supporter and buffer, it would also help that ever important monk's job a little easier. This class would help mix up some of the ah and gah of having to play either a monk, tank, nuker or mm.

Witch Doctors dont profess in acts of Voodoo... I'll say it over and over and over like the energizer battery.

Its not bad, and certainly is inspirating (make me want to make a Witcher CC now....) Its a class with lots potential... but I don't like too much of your skill.. they still seem very "blah", like copy of other classes, group together in seperate attributes. They could be lot more orignal. I think you have the basic idea, just need to expand more on.
Like for voodo.. could make it where:
one, you need to create a voodoo doll of your target foe, and once you do, you will hold the doll as item, and all Voodoo doll cursing spells will hex that foe. The doll have a duration, the vodoo curse hex can not be remove, doll need 1 energy to maintain, you can be force to drop the doll by knockdown or some other means. Also the doll have limited use, counted by "vodooed" times.
Mode Doll:
5e | 1c | 20r:
Create a Doll of touch target foe that can be hold for 30 seconds that can be vooded for 4...8 times.
Soultrap Doll:
15e | 3c | 30r:
Create a Doll of target foe that can be hold for 20 seconds that can be vooded for 3...6 times.
DeathSlaver Doll:
10e | 2c | 30r:
Create a Doll of dead target foe that can be hold for 45 seconds, and exploit the corpus that can be vooded for 4...8 times.
Burn Doll:
10e | 1c | 8r:
Burn the holding doll, linked target foe is Burn for 1...4 seconds. Count as 1 vodoo.
Trip Doll:
10e | 2c | 25r:
Trip the holding doll, linked target foe is knock down for 3 seconds. Counted as 1 vodoo.
Crush Doll:
10e | 2c | 20r:
Crush the holding doll, dealing 40...80 earth damage and weakness to linked target. Count as 3 vodoo.
Undead Doll:
10e | 3c | 30r:
If the linked target foe is dead, will rise a lv 1...12 Undead Zombie to fight, and used up the doll.
This make them a pretty powerful single-target hexer... if they can stay off danager and not get interupted or knock down by enemy.
I am sure you can think more.
Same appy to potion, chant, and ritual, where can make them opperate differntly.

right from the off this class looks a bit 2 much like a ritualist, because i seem to remeber Anet describing the rit, asa (shamen).
