PLayer Customization idea
Anyone whos played the Sims 2 knows that total customization is fun. Guild Wars, however, is not so great in that area. Im not asking for Sims 2 level player customization, but something that shouldnt be too hard to implement. Right now, your character has a distinct look based on what contineant he is from and unless you wanna make a necro you have very few options to choose from. This could be solved by merging the 2 faces and hairs pools into one.
So, you just buy Factions and play it but decide that Prophecies is a better place to make a char because *insert reason here*. You go to Create, PvE, Prophecies, and lo and behold! You have access to both the faces and hairstyles of Proph AND Factions.
Not only that but, if for some reason you get unhappy with your hair you can see a stylist and pay a fee to get a new style and (For another fee) color. Maybe make a MJ [Plastic Surgeon] for faces but I dont think thats nessicary.

As long as we're on the topic of customization, how about the option to re-customize a weapon. Lets say I have a W/Mo with a customized Victos Axe, and for some reson want to sell it. It could be bought and for a huge fee (500G or something) It can be uncustomized and for another huge fee recustomized. Weapons would have tags that would read
Victo's Battle Axe
Slashing Damage: 16-28
Armor penetration: 20% (Chance: 20%)
Health +30
Decustomized x time(s)
The fees would stack each time it was uncustomized (With a 100K limit) to keep the market from flooding with new weapons

500g a huge fee? Maybe like 15k... That way, say somebody has an awesome sword worth 70k, has customized it, and doesn't use it anymore, but doesn't want to trash it, can sell it for say 50k, and you can uncustomize it for 15k.
Still, though, I think customization should be account based :/. I currently like the way customization works, though. It makes you think before doing it.
And /signed about having access to faces and hair from both chapters.

Did I get the damages wrong? >.>
OK go 500G ist a huge fee. Something like 10K sounds a little excessive. But now that I think about it, the customized weapons are usually the Godly ones so really a 10K fee is fine.
