The bots seem to be just fine in Droks.
Really though, a colder climate would be a nice change of pace though..

I say a more hispanic and mexican type chapter would be better than "native american". There really arn't a whole lot of natives around anymore, so it isn't a big fanbase, and there are plenty of other nationalities out there. Natives of south and north america could be mixed into one group as a culture in GW, but I would say given one or the other, South American Natives have stronger influence.
I would like to point out, that Prophecies had a mix of several cultures, not one in particular. Half of the continent had African Influence, and the beginning area had Caucasians, and wile Orr and Eloians where in obscurity, they were somewhat Middle Eastern looking, maybe Asian.
We definetly have an oriental chapter, and we are getting a north african/middle eastern kind of chapter, but we certainly don't have a Caucasian or South American type chapter, and those are some strong ethnicities.
I wouldn't be super concerned about ethnicities though, after all the human ethinicties are explored, perhaps we can finally get some other races, and perhaps they can make another chapter like Prophecies with some significant diversity.

Personally I just hope they don't try to add 2 new classes every chapter or were just goin end up having copies. What I would like personally as a chapter would maybe be a frozen type chapter because I real liked some of the graphics of the Shiverpeaks yet make this chapter full of Icy Mountains and icy wastelands.I think it would make the PvE intresting and PvP maps with mountains would make GvG intresting as well with terrain and positioning.

There has already been a western european/north american inspired game an asian inspired game, and an african inspired game... and thus far we have come up with a native american inspired game, a mexican inspired game, and an arctic inspired game.
Some Other ideas:
Tropical/carribean inspired game.
Eastern European inspired game
Australian inspired game
Or an idea i posted earlier.... underground/indoors game.

I would personally like a Greek or Roman themed chapter.
But on another note, if I remember correctly, Tyria is not completely surrounded by water, which means that there is more to discover to the north, so I'm thinking an expansion to the north. And I believe thats where the charr live, right. So I'm betting we get to finish the fight with them in chapter 5.
Edit: To awsome sauce, would there be a point in having an Australian inspired game? I'm not really an expert on Australia, but I'm pretty sure its very desert-ish, much like africa. Will all the NPCs say G'day Mate? Thats like asking for a canadian inspired game, so all the NPCs can say aboot, or eh, or speak in french.

I think we already have an Atlantis in GW..... it already sunk, and they called it Orr.....
Anyways, I don't really think the first chapter counts toward anything, it has a little bit of several types, from caucasian, african, ghosts and dwarfs, prophecies has a great diversity.
I would figure Ascolon to be a more Greek and Roman type setting than any other, that doesn't really tie closely to celtic and russian roots (I'm no expert on russians). And Nightfall has a very Middle Eastern feel to it, more so than african, and paragon has a very Roman feel to it.
If they do more caucasian themes, I would perfer it to be more northern european. And island like cultures should be put together in a chapter where you visit islands with several different and unique cultures, like Britan, Carribean, Japan, and even Australia. It would be nice to get a theme around sea travel, and have a diversity of cultures like Prophecies instead of another specific culture like Factions and apparently Nightfall.

Next Chapter should be a Ghost World, with a randomness thyme. Ghost and Vampires as the foes. Choas damage and blood spike would replace all the physical damage we are bored of countering in PvE environments. Area maps layout and enemy placement would change with every new load.

I wouldn't call it Roman or Middle Eastern. Its more like mediterranean, and the Paragons are more like Carthaginians. From what I've seen there isn't much Persian influence. (What backs that up?) When they accidently slipped and let players see the customization for all the professions, they all had dark african skin tones (except the Paragon), none of which were tan or mildly tawny such as a Middle Eastern person.
Edit: Upon seeing a chinese video on Youtube, I'd also like to state it has some Bulgarian/Slavic influence as well.

I have some randomness thyme in my spice cabinet.
But anyway, I really don't think Anet is going to spend the time to randomize every level. Sure it was fine for Diablo, but all the graphics in a particular map looked the same anyway, so all they had to do was change the entrance and exit, and move a few trees. I can only assume it would be much harder in Guild Wars.

I'm thinking something tropical for sure.
Ritualists (even though from Cantha) remind me of Native Americans, communing with spirits and wearing beads and stuff.
