Whisper Account
Don't see why this isn't in the game, but it should be. I'll demonstrate by example:
Someone whispers Fenix Ironstar, and we chat for a little while about an item they want, and I swap characters to get it.
They try to pm me, but I have switched, so it says I'm offline. They either add me to friends or wait till I pm.
I forget their name while swapping, so I wait for their pm, but if they have a full friends list, this often doesn't happen.
Solution? When you whisper someone, on a character name, it should send the whisper to the active character on that account, not come up with "this person is offline", because it would be much easier to contact people quickly.

Well, FFXI has the fairly pointless Play Online Viewer. Since Guildwars has nothing along those lines, I would be happy to see an ingame mailbox, possibly accesible through your local Xunlai Agent for a nominal fee, and hopefully available to all chapters, not just factions.

Factions already got their share, if any upgrades were made, it would be for the upcoming chapters

i agree with terra. if any big upgrade is made it will not be implemented until "Nightfall". but i would definitely like to see sometype of ingame mailing system.

how about a "mailbox" connected to your storage? so even if you are COMPLETELY offline your guildies can "mail" you.
i dont want to give my email accout to everyone, but wouldnt mind at all having a "mailbox" with my storage,
*as long as i can block players from mailing me

Mail-bombs ftl
My idea is simply that when you whisper a character, and that character is offline, but the person is online on a different one, it sends the message to that character Nice and simple to implicate, and would be very handy
