Request For New Green Rurick's Rushing Blade
Please, Please Please, Anet give Ruick's Fiery Dragon sword Green status.
It'll be a small amendment, and will bring pleasure to Warriors everywhere..
Not sure on stats, but it would need to be something like
Fire dmg 15-22, health+30 while enchanted(for all the mending y'see)
Please...

Wouldn't it be cool though if his blade contained an inherent fire dmg mod, but still had another mod? Like...

And make Rurick drop it on the last mission in Ring of Fire when you fight his undead corpse. That would give it some value since it does take a bit of time to get to that point in the mission.

Hmm...
Since he'd be undead when he dropped it, I'd rather it be 3:1 Vamp instead of 20/20 sundering.

Hey, why not? ANet's thrown a few bones to Tyrian players in the last month or two. We've seen the Totem Axe, Ice Breaker. Rotwing Bow and a that mesmer fan.
It's a low cost way to promote cross-pollination of Tyrian/Canthan players.

It's the most detailed and in depth discussion thread so far about Rurik greens. I asked it there and I'll ask it again, but why are a few folk suggestin that it be +15% damage while enchanted? Enchants are easily removed, and if the reason's that it's for warriors then that doesn't make sense either since they're the first into a battle and therefore are the first targets for enchant removal if they have any on. Why not make it +15% damage while health >50% so it benefits everyone better in the long run?

i like the idea but did you say 9 req it should be more or less since it is end of game wep.

I like the idea of the vamp mod -- if it had that on top of the fire mod I would certainly agree with it being req 12 or whatever (doesn't Shiro's stuff have a higher req as well?).

It really should only have one mod, anything else is unbalanced and would force all the PvPers to kill Rurik to be able to play a sword warrior.
