Running through The Black Curtain and killing monsters, I like especially the Wratih and the Smoking Phantom, and then I thought about masks and how you get them via events

The event would be something PvP oriented, I'm not a PvP player but it would be unfair if it wasn't for both chapters, anyway, the PvP islands get attacked by every single man sized monster, they would attack guild halls, to defend it would be just like a usual guild battle, only that there are Monsters attacking instead, but unlike the regualr monsters these are like real players, they respawn, get DP and moral boost, can use flags inteligently, has a "guild lord" etc, there would also be "random survival", Team Survival", "hero survival" and "alliance survival" games, you are to defend something from spawning monsters, the more you kill the more appear, that would be time based, like the challange missions in Chanta, but no time bonuses

Random Survival would be like Random Team, a team of 4 randomly selected people defend

Team Would be slightly harder than Random, but the same idea

Then Hero Survival would be the harder, high level monsters, many of them and

Alliance would be like Alliance battles, but survival, and the hardest

The attacking monsters would drop special essence, and you would gain faction from them. With the essence, you could trade them for a monster suits, any you would like, man sized monsters only, from the undead to the Charr, from the afflicted to the Naga

With the monster suits, you could look like your favourite monster, however

There are 2 possabilities I can think of to use them

the first one would be to use them in the armor slot, but the suit would only be one piece and like the other event gifts, it would have 0 armor, and it would use up all 4 armor slots, it's only for display and fun

the other one would be to use them like minipets, double click, and wear it, no armor lost

Another fun thing would be that during the event, you could apply them like a minipet and no armor lost, and use them in survival and PvP, and after the event they would use all armor slots and have 0 armor

Also, there could be a special arena where, if you have a monster suit, you gain their skills and attributes and battle against other "monsters", perhaps this would need to be balanced, only people with the suits could join

I think that this would be a cool mini-game. I don't like the idea of monster suits though. I would prefer that I be able to trade them in for Factions of my choice (Balth, Kur, or Lux).
