Make larger chapters with more time in development
You know how we all thought Guildwars 1 was amazing and stuff.
and bigger etc..
Well instead of getting a small area every 6 months we should Wait A bit longer so we will have Another Guildwars 1
I think it is a good idea for the Anet team to get together and make another guildwars and then will make me play much much more
So it would be every year

Factions is uber boring, I don't see how people could manage an extra 6 months for a new game.

2 developer teams. One starts a new one right after they finish. The Developer team that did Factions will roll out Chapter 4 in about a year. Ch3 is being done by the prophecies developer team.

Which would give 2 years of dev time per game in the OP's case, which could be quite useful, so long as there was a small update or so to help keep factions afloat.

Just imagine if they decided to do this before Factions came out, people would have died...

I actually want it to be smaller....
Smaller would mean betterm more compact and organize story, more memorable Character, and less drag. Put more effort into it, and not filling it up with BS stuff.

ya mabye a small place but with more exeptional stuff like only in this small world u could have special collectable thingies like the mini monsters but only obtaininable by doing a quest in this world and anet should work on sumptin like tht for longer then 6 months maby a year and the two groups should work together

I like factions after you leave the main city and get into the luxon/kurzick missions. but ghetto tokyo sucks. I hated the city.

Truely, I would rather them develope a thouroughly completed and enjoyable work of art than another semi fulfilling chapter like factions again, and 1 year between chapters is fine by me. But I think their sales model includes selling us less and less developed Chapters every 6 months to make a buck instead of making a greatly enjoyable chapter like Prophecies again. If I were an Anet Exec, I would tell the Factions team to drop chapter 4 developement and have them tend to all the lacking features in Factions first, and give it a year between chapters 3 and 4.
Nightfall is looking alot better than Factions right now, but that is certainly bias due to the lackluster of Factions and the pending nerfzilla Dervish and Paragon will face. Even Assassin seemed awsome in the Beta test, still, it would be difficult to do worse than Factions, I don't think Anet can. I think the Factions team needs to fix their chapter or take a pay cut.

I want to buy factions but ppl say its bad... is it really tht bad or is it worth the money for a few months? And has anyone noticed tht prophecies and nightfall have a resemblace? (kind of)?

i love factions, and i havent looked back to prophecies, other than to get an elite skill here and there, i even found a nice farming place, there is more henchie variety.

yeah, the starting is not very good, the afflicted eventually gets on your nerves.
