En: 10 CT: 1 second R: 30 seconds Shout. For 5...11 seconds, all allies within earshots attacks cause Crippled for 1...5 seconds. Name: "Go for the temple!" Class: Paragon Attrib: Whatever shouts falls under. En: 10 CT: 1 second R: 60 seconds Elite Shout. For 6...13 seconds, all allies within earshots attacks cause Blindness and Dazed for 1...5 seconds.
