How about when you buy an new chapter and merge it with your current accounte you get the number of territory changes reset at 5 for your account.

Then if you used all of them up for GW:Prophecies Campaign and when you merged Factions with your account you would have 5 territory changes available.

If you use up another 3, then buy Chapter 3 and merge it with your account you would have 5 territory changes available.

initially i was on the european servers, then i got into pvp and wanted to iway...(back then international was not active). hence i move to american servers. i joined an american guild but i wanted to go to eu side because no one pved on america around 10 am gmt. hence i came bak. but then my guild wanted me to return to america cuz of loads of err58 on eu servers(which i did not experince). so i went back to america. now i had 2 more changes. so i changed back and forth just to do pve(not fow or uw out of greed, just to get members for a party). now i am stuck in america. and i get no pve entertainment. i also bought factions in the hopes it will recharge my 5 changes. FACTIONS DOES NOT RECHARGE UR REGION CHANGES. i just email A-net about giving me one last change as a request. up to them, if they do really value me as a customer, they better sort it out. or else i aint buying nightfall, and will prolly quit gw.
