Just a thought on a new system to access the Fissure / Underworld.
Why not set the favor system as follows;
If your district has favor you can enter the Fissure / Underworld for Free If not you must pay 1K or even 2K to go This will give people who have only certain times to play during the day a chance on playing these areas, also reduce the amount of people standing around hoping for someone to steal favor. Just an idea

I'd say if they were going to do this the cost without favor would be a great deal more.
