Just one problem, half the time, dye doesn't come out the color it's supposed to be anyway. If they make white dye, about half the armor you use it on probably won't even turn white. I'm still peeved that I wasted so much money on black dye for my 15k Luxon armor on my assassin just to turn it dark blue.

bump...and remove the purple dye too, you can mix blue and red to get purple dye...so purple dye would be kinda pointless

I never understood why black dyes were available but not white ones.

Shouldn't be too hard to implement and the drop rate should be comparable to silver dye.

I'm not sure if it affects anything but maybe you have to use a dye remover first? I don't know, it happened to me as well. try putting a yellow dye on a kindlerock-skin flame artifact and you'll see what I mean.

I would love to have some pure white dye for my Druids Armor.

Would love to have some more dye colors as well. Don't make them rare, make all dyes common drops. It's just dye, they do nothing but dye armor and weapons. No need to make them rare and expensive.

I like the idea. However I would prefer that it is given as a reward for some kind of quest, not only by drops. Just like with the greens and the amulet of the mists.

After adding the white dye to the game there would be a "white wave" everyone would want to try it and the prices would go high, but i think after a time people will start to lose interest and the prices will stabilize
So i think its ok, white would be nice

You could say the same about orange.....red and yellow would do the trick. The point is it would be more expensive to have to mix to get those secondary colors. Having them already available makes them a lot cheaper.

I used silver on that armor and it looked white.

This colour can be easily remedied. Black Dye+Gray Dye=White Dye. Problem solved. Case closed.

it is imposible to make truely white dye, and that combination is most probally a light cream, also its too much trouble for most people, thus a white dye will be cheaper and more effective.
