id like this to be added in Ch4:
Five point palm - exploding heart technique (Elite) Attribute: deadly arts
2 sec cast, 10 eng, 10 secs recharge
Skill. Apply the Five point palm - exploding heart technique to target touched foe. as long as the target foe is not moving this skill does nothing. when affected foe moves 5 steps he dies. This skill ends if target foe is healed for 80..800 health.
How cool would this be?

hex as long as the target foe is not moving this skill does nothing. when affected foe moves 5 steps he dies. This skill ends if target foe is healed for 40..300 health.
there are assain skills that effect movement.
Enduring Toxin
For 3 seconds, target foe suffers -1...4 Health degeneration. If that foe is moving when Enduring Toxin would end, Enduring Toxin is renewed for another 3 seconds.

Maybe even change it to: This skill ends if target foe is healed.
Make it like Wastrel's Worry or something.
Also, this skill would be overused in farming; The assassin (or /assassin) would cast it on the boss to drop the green, then flee. Then, with running skills he could dodge the enemies and get any drops.

i like this one too.
and Five point palm - exploding heart technique is relytivly speaking not overpowered. sure its better then all the other skills in GW, but hey its a most deadly move in all of martial arts. its sopoused to be that good. i wanna see more /signed.
oh you could maybe add some kind of requierment like - you have to be cool and have over 2 million exp in order to use this skill. prevent overuse by noobs.

What do you mean by 'you want to see "more" /signed'? There are none to have more of, because the skill is ridiculously overpowered and no one is taking it seriously because of it.

I feel old. I saw this and thought it was a reference to Fist of The North Star. Guess I don't watch enough Tarantino movies.
While we are at the whole making over-powered 'I wanna be god' skills, how about:

Seriously though, just because Hollywood makes something LOOK or SOUND cool, does not mean it should be done. I dread the day that ANet caves and allows dual-wielding weapons besides the daggers.
