Tier, although I sympathise, and agree that people can be vicious about the ideas suggested here, your idea is just poor. You need to try and take on less enemies at a time, and watch your health bar more closely. This is supposed to be difficult - that's the whole point.

Not a good idea in my opinion. Beside, using Endure Pain anywhere below 20% health is a risky gamble.

Macros for eight skills? One of the differences between good and bad players is that you pay attention. Being blind to the surroundings and your character's status is one of the worst mistakes one can do in this game and unfortunately it is the most common mistake.

Manual control is part of the game. The combat system has been designed that way.
