Don't we now have a damage monitor that half fills the role you describe? Putting health increases in there isn't a half bad idea, but it might get a bit... 'verbose'.

If you PvP at all, you'll realize why this is a terrible idea. The new damage monitor was a terrible idea also. Knowing what skills were just used on you is an ability you acquire with playing experience, and now the game is just spoonfeeding it to you.

I don't know where you folks are from, but I encounter casters every day. Ever had a gaze of contempt cast on you by an angry Ex followed by spinal shivers?
