Insignia Crafters.
First off, I'll start by saying that I like the Insignia. It removes the clutter from the armor crafters, and still allows you to create armor in any style with any bonus.
However, for most people that only really use specific bonuses on their armors, it is a great hindrance to have to hunt down the insignias for ages, or go about with armor that is at a disadvantage to sets crafted in Cantha/Tyria.
Why not have crafters that can make the different insignias?
A piece of linen/parchment/vellum or what have you, some ink, and a bit of gold is a much better prospect than having to camp the rune trader for days to get one Radiant Insignia (especially when I need 28 radiant insignias total >_>).
