Ummm I never said surgeon. How about just go to a Makover NPC,tlak to him, and it'll go to the design a character you normally go to design a character. Choose all the features,genders,etc.... And about the names, there are threads saying that there will be name changing soon,so implement both at the the same time or something.

Though I'm pretty sure on the box it says "Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to play."

As for the idea

/not signed, it would just be ... too weird and I'm not one to care about character looks. I barely look at my character or even my allies when I'm playing, I'm always looking at either around or at the radar or party window.

Seriously now, if you're a guy u make guy characters and if you're a girl u make girl characters. Confusing whether to call people he/she in this game when people mix it up. If your a guy and u want a girl character just to look at... that kinda makes you a perv.

I'd go with hair/face changes though.

I think that sex changes is a really dumb idea. Its a game, if you want a sex change, create a new character.

I think it's weird enough to discover that the female warrior I'm talking to is actually a guy. I find it dishonest and a little disturbing...

If you're a male and you're playing as a female just because you don't like the look of his behind, I question, not necessarily your sexual insecurity, but why you're paying attention to your character's arse more than you are paying attention to what you are supposed to be doing in-game. Namely killing, or healing.

Absolutely signed!!!! I had to remake my warrior 3 times and I still want to change the sex... This is something I was planning to post soon but I see you already did that.
And yes, call it a "character remake option", not a sex change if you want. I'm sure this will bring happiness to all the people that have almost two-year old characters and still regret making them look so ugly. And not just old heroes of course...
