I think the titles are fine how they are but personally if they did change I would prefer to make the PVP titles char based instead of account based I know all the PVPer’s will disagree with me for saying that but just because they can eg. Iway on a Warrior doesn’t mean they deserve that title on there PVE monk etc :P

That'd be abit odd, since alot of people use PvP chars for PvP rather than PvE characters. I really don't see why a PvE person like myself, with titles spread over all accounts should lose out to someone who prolly plays less but only on one character

Only in the sense of letting others see how many times you have achieved that title.
You should get grandmaster explorer for isntance just because your other char has it.
But if both characters had 100% it should say in the title
Tryian Grandmaster Cartographer (2)
or something similar.

Getting rid of gold from the game..this is not a problem at all for ANet. The problem is a real player who plays the game normally is affected in a big way because of the titles being not accnt base.It only encourages ppl to play one class to get wisdom and hunter. Everyone will just be wa/mo..since to my knowledge thats the best to do chest running..Anyway besides that you get your wa/mo the titles and you do all your work on him so there is no reason not to make treasure hunter or wisdom not accnt wide. Since if you do get the title for your 1 character your end up just wasting time shuffling stuff over toi id or etc.Plus it is better than not to have 30 wa/mo spamming in a mission "warrior looking for group for mission" etc. because they nknow its easier to get the title with them. Plus if getting rid of gold is a problem anet can always make things rough with further AI updates Like things are as peachy as they were before now..
This is just being said about treasure hunter and wisdom mostly all other titles should be just viewable without the benefit going to the single player..

i think wisdom, skill hunter, treasure hunter and drunkard should be changed to account based, but explorer and protector should remain character based

Wisdom, skill hunter, treasure hunter, drunkard, exploration and the max titles should be moved to account based.

Wisdom and treasure hunter definitely should be account based now that there are real in-game benefits. Skill hunter would be nice. Drunkard is a pure gold sink, so that should stay char based. Protector should definitely stay char based. Explorer I could go either way on.

No account based titles whatsoever for PvE characters.
That's the way it should be. You PvP titles are for any PvP character you make, but each PvE character will not have access to any account based titles.

PVE should have account based titles. Many of the titles require a ton of work to obtain and once a person has gotten one on a character why should they be limited to that character for the title when it comes to titles such as the ones listed above?
Many PVE players love to play multiple characters as well to deversify game play, why should work across multiple characters be scattered and non-pooling?
It is a game, games are meant to be fun and rewarding, not grinds and second jobs!
