Storage Idea: "Share My Bags"
Now, i know there's a ton of storage threads out there, but before you flame at least read why this suggestion is a little different. Once you understand, feel free to flame on.
To start, i'm not asking for any extra storage, just alter it a little by means of a quest.
I suggest to add a quest either mid-way through the campaign or at the end, where a single character would embark on a fairly diffucult quest to gain the ability to share his/her bags. OR in other words, devote them to the main storage. This way your characters personal storage would be limited to his backpack and belt pouch, but his/her bags would be accessible in town by any of your characters.
The purpose of the quest of course is too make this option available to those who actually play the missions, and not just farmers who need extra space.
As you can see... there's no aditional storage on your account, just a different more convenient way of accessing it. And this way, my little ranger doesnt have to lug around all my dye's. She can just leave them with the Xunlai Agent.
Thoughts?

You do realise that aside from most Mo/* bot farmers in the likes of Thirsty River and Droknars Forge, they are actual players farming who have played through the story and thus would have access to this.

A simpler idea would be to spend $10 IRL and make the storage account +45 spots. Or, more likely $5 per 20 slot "tab" in storage.
The former is equivalent to building an extra char slot, make a "mule" toon w/ pack, belt, & bags, but just takes considerably less shuffling and hassle to use. (no more logging in 5 times to play w/ dye collection). Anet still gets the cash, we get extra space.
Alternatively, instead of being able to just buy extra storage "tabs", have additional options similar to materials for keys, dyes, or collectables.

sorry but no...
So that means that only people with online bought games can access this?
Sounds a bit unfair.
I think this would be a far better solution.
Instead of having 1 backpack, 1 bp and 2 bags why not have 1 backpack where you can put bags in that you can then open.
20*10= 200 slots
could woprk as another moneysink :P
*WTS Rune of Holding 50k *
ofcourse it should be arranged that you cannot put a bag in a bag
sound good?

Wouldnt this reduce storage space if your sharing your bag?
The 5 or 10 slots in your bag would then become a shared space between all your characters? Thus removing 5-10 slots from them individually.
Unless you mean having a way to choose which characters bag to look in, in which case I dont really like that idea either.
I cant really see the need for it.
We have a way of sharing items - you put it in STORAGE!
We need an actual over-hall of storage space at STORAGE, not to be sharing begs between characters.
Or at the least create a superiour rune of holding which lets you upgrade to 30 items in each bag.
