Pretty sure it's from the CE concept art book.

How long did it take to put in 15k glads and 15k tormentors? And that was only added because it was neccessary because a skin for those didn't exist.
Not likely to happen, and whining to a.net won't change anything.

That is one of the greatest armors I've ever seen for necros... (though 15k luxon is still very nice)

It's hard to say if this turned out to be the Elite Sunspear armor, but this should definitely replace either the fish or the feather amor. Whoever drew up those two armors have some weird sense of what looks good.

Nice looking armor, but....
...are you not satisfied that Necros has the nicest, most gorgeous and original armor in Nightfall anyway?
Compare it to the elemental 15k armor, it looks like someone going to a prom in drag.
Besides, that concept art looks very much like armor which already exists, to my knowledge.

Monk and Necro armour really took the dump in Nightfall, and we all know that all along that NPCs usually get nicer armour than players.....which is both puzzling and sad.
As for why some people are wondering why primevil armour looks so badass/evil, perhaps this is Anet's answer towards such a suggestion made on these forums for a more evil look towards armour design quite some time ago which now turns out to be perhaps too unconventional for the taste of most players lol.
Just stick to what you do best Anet, strip armour down to show more flesh. Nude fighting FTW!

Evil looking armor?
Have you seen the 15k ele armor?
Evil isnt how id describe it. One may be whiteish and the other is darkish, but they both share the whole "prom dress" thing.
Elementals get the raw end of the stick in every campaign when it comes to armor.
The 5k and 10k stuff is nice, but its still not 15k!! Not on the same prestige!

They didn't include it for a reason.
