Disclaimer: This is partially just for laughs, seeing as there's never been such a class (atleast I don't think so)

History:
During a time of peace and freedom, streakers felt the need to express themselves through their physical bodies. Although, after being looked down upon by the people outside of their communities, streakers were forced to fully cover their bodies once again. However, during a time of need, the streakers will once again emerge to bless the world with the blinding aura that of which is none other, then their bare bodies. Never look twice; for a streaker's flash can be, at times, a deadly sight.

Concept class: Streaker
Armor concept: 60 al. Trench coats, Bathrobes, A really big towel.
Weapon: I can't really think of a weapon a streaker would have.. perhaps a bullhorn? Running shoes? A giant cardboard sign?

Primary Attribute: Anatomy (For every 3 ranks, hex and conditions last longer)
Other Attributes: Running, Flashing, Cunning

Energy gain from armor only: +10, 3 pips regan. (Total energy: 30)

Skills:
Bares All {E}: 10e, 30recharge: Flashes all enemy in the area, enemies take 60 damage and are blacked out for 10 seconds. (At 16 attri. in Flashing)

Bottom's Up {E}: 10e, 10recharge: Touch enemy with buttcheeks. Enemies are knockdown and poisoned for 15 seconds (At 16 attri. in Flashing)

Heathly Diet {E}: 5e, 15 recharge: Enchantment spell. All stances and shouts in the party lasts 50% longer. You apply conditions and hexes that lasts 50% longer. Spell ends after 30 seconds. (Anatomy attribute)

"Referees Are Coming!": 10e, 10recharge: Shout. Allies nearby gain 33% running speed, and 20% chance of dodging incoming attacks. This skill ends when a player uses a skill. (Running attribute)

"I'm Too Slippery!": 10e, 10recharge: Shout. 40% chance of dodging melee attacks. Your flashes increase in range. When shout ends, you are crippled for 6 seconds. (Cunning attri.)

Guilty Stare: 10e, 10recharge: Hex spell. When a player is flashed while hexed with Guilty Stare, the player is dazed for 10 seconds. Hex lasts 30 seconds.

Sight of Wrinkleness: 10e, 15recharge: Streakers ages their own bodies, causing enemies to be Knockdown and suffer from bleeding for 10 seconds. (Flashing attri.)

I guess it's just a condition spammer like the deverish. But the buttcheek knockdown's gotta be a funny sight to see.

Seeing as Anet will never show nudity (Although the female ele's getting pretty close) when a streaker uses a "flashing" skill, their body parts are engulfed in a shiny white light which illuminates and covers the entire body (therefore not showing any "details" if you know what I mean). Not the clothing, just the body.

P.S. I didn't give much thought into the energy cost and recharge time of the skills so don't kill me if it doesn't match up right.
