No, it's good the way it is.

I brought my Ranger from Tyria and actually didn't even have Koss in my party when I did Consulate Docks and then I lost him at level 2.

When I got him back, I just threw him into the party and he was amazingly resilient in Arkjok Ward and Marga Coast and in no time at all he was level 20.

So there is no "grind" to get your Heroes to level 20. At level 2 they were better than some level 20 PUGs I've been in.

Whoever says there is "grind" should learn how to properly play the game.

With a few 250% xp scrolls(800g a piece), I was able to get Koss, Talhkora, Dunkoro, Melonni, Olias, Zenmai, & Jin to level 20 in about 1.5 hrs. Do you need to get all 7 of them to lvl20 to get pass Consulate Docks? I doubt it. I leveled them up to 20 for my protector titles for cantha.

It's fine the way it is. They gain xp alot faster then you do. One run in Witman's Folly, Koss went from level 2 to level 7.

if you have low level characters just takem to KC and do quests, really easy quests there aswell

I've brought my first "foreign" character to Elona finally. I too never had Koss in my party. But Dunky went from level 6 to level 8 (or even 9?) JUST from doing Consulate Docks mission and bonus once.

I've got my level 20 Rit, 4 level 20 henches, and I'm leveling my heroes at a very brisk pace around Marga and Sunward, doing quests, uncovering area, and going up in Sunspear rank very quickly.

I have had NO problems staying alive or killing things. So no complaints here.

about sunspear points, 2500 is not hard, just make sure you always take bounties when doin quests, and kill enemies in your path instead of avoiding them to save time, i reached 6800 points with that, before reaching vabbi, and i finished the Docks all the way through to the start of vabbi within a few hours, and not only will you get sunspear points, but you will recieve lvl 20 heroes out of it, nobody was complaining when you get goren/norgu at lvl 18, when all of your heroes are 20, meaning.. OMG GRIND..

the only heroes you NEED to finish the game, are melonni/koss, tahlkora and dunkoro, i always bring tahlkora anyway, and when she was lvl 20, i switched to dunkoro, and always carried zhed shadowhoof, and melonni with me (i am a warrior myself, so no kossy wossy) you can level up the others after you finish it, no-one says you HAVE to level up ALL the heroes..

With my Dervish, I made Primary and Cooperative Mssion until Consulate Doks, then before doing Consulate doks, I wnt to Tyria and Cantha to get Heroes there. First Tyria... got Olias, then Cantha.

In Cantha, I made a couple of quests and got All heroes at level 20 under 20 minutes..

Thought not everybody have Factions... they should,

all of your heroes will be 20 before you get to Torment - with zero "level up" grind

how?

make sure your lowest level heroes are in the party before you accept quest rewards
