Concept Class: Galdr
This is my first attempt at a concept class so i'm halfway hoping for negative flaming-ish responses. Here goes nothin'.
Introduction
Wandering aimlessly in search of a place they are accepted, Galdrs are generally considered soulless and evil. All they really want is to find a use for themselves.

Attributes
(Primary): Sacrifice - Points in this attribute give Galdrs +1 pip of health regen per 3 levels of Sacrifice while they are maintaining an enchantment. Skills linked to this attribute usually deal with aiding allies in battle or transferring conditions.
Example Skills
{E} Aura of Pain: 5e, 1s, 30r, -1er. Enchantment spell.
While under the effects of this enchantment, hexes and conditions on target other ally are shared with all foes within (5...30') of target other ally. When this enchantment ends, one hex or condition is removed from the target.
{E} Soul Contract: 5e, 3/4s, 5r. Spell.
Target ally is healed for (0...4) health for every point of health you are missing from your maximum, up to 200 health.
Aura of Affliction: 10e, 2s, 20r. Spell.
For (10...30) seconds all conditions placed on target foe are transferred to all foes adjacent to target foe. Maximum (1...3) conditions.
Signet of Giving: 3/4s, 20r. Spell.
Target other ally gains (1...20) energy. You lose (10...5) energy.
Bell Mastery - Points in this attribute add a 2% chance that your bell attacks will echo. Bell Mastery also deals with the power of your bells to do damage.

Kind of a sad(emotionaly) type of character. The bells I don't get. Were you going for a kind of Hunchback of Notre Dame thing. Unwanted bell tender. Maybe you could explain it better if they had some other sonic ability other than the bells. Survival skills would work with an outcast as well.

some of the current skills seem slightly...necrotic...
However i dont see alot of overpower in the class which i like...from what is avaliable, i think that this could be a well balanced class that wouldnt need alot of nerfing...so far so good now finish it!
