so its like the reverse of shadow step (kinda). Zexion your right it should be a hex spell, but you could have been nicer about it. The skill would change the game signifently and would put a spin on pvp. But on the other not anet would not put that skill into the game for it would make the mesmer too powerful and remove the checks each class has on it. Good thought though, i would love to use that skill on monks

Assains have already this, and that is not an Echo, that is a Shadow Step, a teleportation.
Why don't you add new skills to the build a skill thread to keep the place clean?

Mithran, im not aware of an assassin skills that cuase the enemy to shadow step / teleport.
I agree this should be a hex, not an echo, personally an increased duration up to 5 would be good, especially if it was a hex then it could be easily removed.
