List of completed quests
I'd like to see a list of quests which my character has completed. Anyone in agreement?

Good idea, but there's one flaw.. When you're owning all 3 campaings (and in future even more campaings) and playing them all through with a character, the list of completed quests for that character would be HUGE.
Instead of that, make it as a title, n% quests completed, maxable. I know that this has been suggested "Invent a title" thread (credits to there, I'm just trying to get your idea further ), but since I think it's very good idea, I would like to see it in game.
Problems comes in when you go to i.e. Tyria with Canthan character, you can't get 100% of quests there while there's many many quests in pre-Lion's and even pre-sear (which shouldn't count anyway, cause even old Tyrian born characters can't even complete those anymore). So there should be system that with foreign character it only counts quests from your arrival town onwards. On the other hand that's bit unfair, while you could get 2 maxed titles by going with your character to foreign maps and do only about half of total amount of all quests and still get 100%.
Someone smarter than me could come up with good ideas for that one .
Other thing is Elona's quest structure (and for couple of quests in Cantha also), some quests prevents others. Solution would be counting amount of quests which doesn't have preventing option, say, there would be 100 of those kind of quests. Then there is 30 quests which prevents each other, making you possible to complete only 15 of those. Therefore, 100% completion should be 115 quests. Repeatable quests in Cantha (Kurzick/Luxon Supply Lines etc) shouldn't count.
Third problem is, has every character has every quest they've done "memorized" or, does only quests which you would do after title being introduced count (i.e. only chests opened after title coming in counts)? In latter case, title would be kinda pointless for most of people who doesn't want to delete their old characters and lose all that time and effort put on those and start over just for some title (like survivor, some people has re-started their characters, but most still doesn't want to delete their old ones).
Keep idea alive and hopefully we would see this in future, I really wish that I'm not only person here who enjoys doing quests even with my 9th character.

BlackAngel brings up some good ideas. While I'd like to know if I've done all the quests just like the missions/bonuses, I'm not sure how that would work. If they gave us credit for quests we already done then I'm 100% for it, but I doubt they have it showing that I did quests in Old Ascalon nearly 19 months ago, but I'd like to know if I'm missing anything.
Having a list would be tough, since it would be very, very long after three, four, five campaigns, but a percentage bar would be nice. I would probably only see that working with new characters like the Survivor title. I know I wouldn't delete my characters for it, but if they made it retroactive I'm for it. Even if I can't get it, I'd be for it for all the new characters. I may not be able to enjoy the benefits, but that's okay.

I like the idea of a title with n% quests completed and you do have a point about the quest list being potentially huge.
However, I'd really like to know if I've missed some quests.
Some ideas I have for implementing this are:
a) A tree (or similar control) where you can drill down to view your completed quests. For example, Nightfall -> Istan -> Sunspear Great Hall
b) A key (or something similar) on the map, for a town, region, etc.) to indicate how many quests you have completed.
Does anyone else have some ideas?

I think it's needed, and I think there are ways of doing it that would make it far less cumbersome than has been implied.
Hell, the quest log window is overdue an update anyway; I have well over 50 quests on one of my characters, and only 5-6 lines of quests can be showed in the upper pane of the quest log at any one time.
They need to add continent tabs to the quest log at the very least.
Then a radio button choice of "Show Complete Quests" and "Show Incomplete Quests".
That and making the size of the upper pane customisable would about do it.

I think the idea of the % title of completed quests/campaign is good. I'm always generally obsessive compulsive when it comes to completion of things, especially in GW. It may still require trawling through towns/outposts to find what quests you are missing, but nonetheless it would give you an idea of how much you have left to do.

It's been suggested before, and it's even in the Index of Ideas. Use the search and read the stickies before making a new thread, please.
