I think there should be a material slot for EACH of the major categories. A tab for 250 of each dye, a tab for 250 of each key, a tab for up to maybe 10 of each kind of insignia, inscription, and rune.

Weapons and whatnot shouldn't have their own space though, that would be just dumb. But if they had those extra tabs, they wouldn't even need to extend the storage space.

Also I think Rune of Holding should work on belt pouches now.

Did I ask for more storage space? no. In fact I even mentioned that there is no need for it.

This is a petition for runes/keys/dye tabs the same way they did for materials.

I already mentioned that a bigger storage is really desired by many players, especially when you try to play prophecies, factions and nightfall with an ever growing number of chars... new runes, insigna, instrictions, keys, masks, more armor, weapons for your hero's, dyes that dont stack, etc etc. But so far the storage isnt growing with us and that can make organizing your stuff a real struggle

I dont really care how it is done as there are many possibilities, but this option sounds good too, so:

I can't believe that ANet is making us use the same 20 slots of storage that we originally had for just prophecies and it's 4 characters. We now have 3 full campaigns, 8 characters, with all the related items that that entails. Various armours, keys, dyes and weapons.

I already have two mule characters which are 90% full and that's alongside my 100% full storage.

Especially handy if you want to quickly dye a new char or add a rune etc. Would save mucho timo than having to run to your bearest gh or city trader to go an buy.

- keys, i also sign for the keys petition because treasure hunters like to have a lot of different kind of keys, and as there are around 7 types of high end keys in the game, all chapters including, that would really stick up in you inventory
- I already signed for the dye tab in a different petition

I don't sign for a weapon/armor/offhand/shield tab and that kind of stuff. I think if there would be tabs for those too, the main storage, just 20 spaces, which you can use for whatever you want, will get empty, and lose its usage.

I was thinking this morning that we should have a Dye tab for storage.

At the moment I have no room for anything and I have to shuffle when I get a drop, I drop one item, pick up the new one, ID it if it is good, salvage it, make a choice about something else, salvage materials, and pickup what I dropped to make room.

With Dye tabs that would make some of my space issues go away. Miniature tab would be nice as well, can see what is available.

I'm not sure how you would handle armor, unless you can place 10 items in each spot, ie head, chest, arms, legs, feet.

The one thing that I think would help would be customized for account, not character, that would save a bunch of space, as I wouldn't need 2 of the same sets of armor for each of my Rangers. Not to mention all of the special items, Pumpkin Hat, Witches Hat, Santa Hat, etc.

hmm and how many signs do we need to anet to approve again? 15,000 or 10,000 or something? haha uh oh. Still this is ridiculous.

I've had the same storage as I did with 4 characters in prophecies. Now I have to have enough items to provide for 9 characters, which totals to 27 heroes in my party, and well over 100 heroes total.

I'm trying to use over 100 characters in 3 campaigns with the same amount of storage as I had with 4 characters in 1 campaign. This is just getting stupid.

Does Gaile Gray still appear in LA int1? I've persuaded her before I can do it again.

You should see one of my alliance mates. He keeps no less than 15 of each and every kind of 450g and above key, he's nuts. haha

Only 2? lol My better half and I each have 2 accounts and right now, on my main account out of the 10 slots I have, 4 mules. My monk is holding all dyes. My 2nd account has at least 3 mules and that's just materials and holiday stuff.

Please Anet....give us what the OP asked and let us free up our slots for playing toons.
