Henchmen are only as bad as the person playing with them. No they don't have the best skill bar available, but you can still complete the entire game with them easily.

I LOVE DEVONA IN ELONA!!!!! God knows how often i loved her "Charge!"

Helped so much.
And if people think Henchies suck, i did THK with a Group that had 2 Hench monks. Sure Henchies have their downside, but life without them would suck.

Example: the warriors are equipped with charge. They are there for fighting. They are not running us anywhere. That is a terrible elite to have if you are there to help FIGHT.

How about Eve? She has blood ritual. Not a bad skill to haev actually...except when you use it while being attacked by a couple sins and another necromancer.

Ok now let me give an example of a very good monk. How about the forgotten sages? I've seen groups who decided to target something other than those sages before and couldn't kill them until the sage died. That's an example of a really good monk. I also want to know why our monks have such slow reflexes. Real live monks aren't that bad. So please, stop dumbing down the henchies. I know you don't want to make the game too easy for us by giving strong henchmen, but when we have to compensate for 7 other players lacking in AI and decent skills, it makes things difficult for us. Far more difficult than it should be.
They do that on purpose.

ITs to make human players look good.

Obviously, its not working as well as they hoped. The AI still makes most people look bad.

Sister Tai is just Sister Tai. She's really the worst example as she is the worst monk hench in the game. It's as if she has some kind of learning disability. As I henched factions, I was always so relived when Jamei was the monk hench rather than Tai.

And then there was Danika. Please explain THIS to me. I was in Drazachs Thicket or whatever it is called, when during a battle, my health got reduced to about 80 hitpoints. Everyone else has about 85% or more of their health bars full. Some haven't even taken damage. I got no heals. 0. Zip. Denada. I somehow survived, probably because I ran away and they switched targets (my spirits took em out at that point, painful bond +s hadowsong + pain + bloodsong really is a potent combo) but even after all this my health was down at about 80 points until, get this, I regenerated my health back through natural healing.

Ok, now if that isn't a blatant cry for a change, then I know not what is. This is one example of many. This is obviously a problem. I am begging for an update sometime soon.

Hmm, I've never had problems with Danika, but then again I may have been so happy that it wasn't Tai, that I just never noticed...
