i want to get the hats on my new ritualist but havent gotten to tyria of elona with him yet, this should solve that problem

I think they should add it as a GH upgrade instead of Factions. Or maybe Great Temple of Balthazar. Factions just doesn't seem to fit festivities, which is what the hat maker represents.

i personally do have factions and always have had it since it came out but i think that factions players without any other campaigns should feel what it was like for people who only had proph and couldent get storage upgrade, ofcourse they do have the upgrade now so fair enough its added in the next 6 months. Also earleyer on in his forum someone said that the hat maker should be added as a guildhall upgrade i think this is an excelent idea and also storgae upgrades should be available to buy for your guild hall aswell.

I think a better place for the Festival Hat NPC would be in the Guild Hall...IF we have to pay for him make it a minimal amount to add him to the lineup.
