The Librarian
The librarian is based off Guild Wars' constant allusions to other things like, "It's just a flesh wound." is from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Basically the librarian uses books and book titles and plot story twists and whatnot to do things through some kind of weird magic.
Attributes:
Lore: Primary Attribute, skills that depend upon past events and history, usually in the form of song. Allows skills to recharge faster, but effect diminishes upon dependency on a skill.
Fantasy: Skills that depend upon bringing fictitious stories to life.
Scriptures: Skills that depend upon reliving biographies and events of great heroes.
I know it has only 3 attributes. Sue me.
Skills:
Haunted Raven: Spell. A raven comes down and attacks one person (never more) for 5...15 seconds (Lore)
The Adventures of Huckle-Killroy Stonekin: (Scriptures)
Wizard Zo: (Scriptures)
To Bleed or not to Bleed: Target foe and all nearby players are hexed and start bleeding for 10...20 seconds. If you don't attack within 3 seconds of being hexed, this hex ends prematurely and you stop bleeding. (Lore)
Tail Of Two Kitties: A cat with two heads attacks target foe or its other head for 5...15 seconds (Lore)
War of the Guilds: Target foe is diseased and dazed. (Fantasy)
Lord Tromedlov: Target foe takes 10...120 in lightning damage but all other offensive attacks or spells against that target fail. (Scriptures)
Bard of the Things: Target ally's signets take 10 seconds to recharge for 20...60 seconds. (Lore)
"Run through the Forest, Run!" Target other ally runs 33% faster for 3...24 seconds.
Odyssey: Lyssa protects you from all damage for 10...25 seconds, when this ends, you and all allies in the area recieve 60...25 lightning damage and you are returned to the spot you were 5 seconds ago.
I know some of these skills are incomplete but it's just the general idea. I'm only one man, feel free to contribute.

Yeah good idea. I completely forgot to put what they weild, but obviously it's a book. That's the last attribute I forgot to put in.
Reading/Translation?: Skills that deal with changing things? and decoding labels on the back of cereal boxes.
Books are the weapons, they're not real strong, since it's a friggen book, but I'll describe how it works.
One hand holds the book open while the other hand is held outward with the elbow straight. Think of the person holding a book open at the spine reading it and thrusting his hand outward like he's trying to push someone away with energy bolts coming out... I guess... :/ Can be based on any attribute like a wand, yep.
Also, keep in mind that ALL librarian skills are based off something of literature, history, or recent events, etc... In the case of Tail of two Kitties, it's the famous book A Tale of two Cities where two cities are in conflict kinda... oh whatever let me use a better one like Lord Tromedlov is Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter, you get the idea. Huckleberry Finn (Huckle-Killroy Stonekin), er... don't want to say any more but you get the picture...
