Xunlai Guild Change To Bank
This is just a idea to make the game look like its growing with the guild becoming a proper bank with interest rates etc. increased amount of storage for prices simple idea and realistic as the current little storage system cannot do that

I don't like the idea of interest, or converting the Xunlai to bankers.
The availability of extra storage for a fee would be nice.
It should be that you pay an extrra 1,000g for another storage but the newer one has a regular weekly or monthly payment required of about 1,000g that automatically comes out of any of your storage locations.
If this fee is not paid, the new "rented" storage location is taken back by the Xunlai Agents, and all items in that storage are lost.

/notsigned for either idea
A monthly fee for storage, with the risk of losing everything in it? That sounds like WoW talk boy... we don't take kindly to WoW talk around here.
Just kidding, but still /notsigned.

save the talk and do what Anet does best.
for an additional 10 US dollaers, upgrade your account through online store and receive an extra storage tab.

give us more storage (money and items per chapter, per character/per whatever) and solve the real problem... it won't take significant db space and is therfore not a significant cost to Anet - IT NEEDS TO BE DONE
ps - sorry to rant about storage in a xunlai to bank post, but it came up (again) like it always does...

to be honest this is one of the better ideas someone has come up with for the storge i like the idea of the fact that the world population and the guild can upgrade to a formal bank i dont like the intrest rates and stuff of that matter or the idea by Dougal Kronik to have to pay ingame fees from storage because if you go away for 2 months but only have 1k cash in your storage and lets say several rare perfect golds thats not fair to un controlled circumstances now is it? but other than that id like to see the guild grow

Monthly fees? What king of sucky bank do you use? I know of at least one real bank that runs with no monthly fees. Where do they get money? From mortgages and loans of course.
The biggest problem with having interest is that if the percent is even as low as 5%, the richest people would always reap the benefit.
My 400,000 gold, at 5% would give me 20,000 gold.

Making extra storage available as an account upgrade from the GW store would make more sense. That way people who want this much-requested feature can get it, but Anet don't lose money on the extra server resources required.
