Mechanic
I was going to suggest two classes, alchemist and mechanic, but Brandon beat me to alchemist, and i dont blame him its a damn good idea.
However more to the point, back to mechanic....
This class is partially based off a class i played in a game called priston tale.
It would be something like the new tank. I would call mechanic a cross between a warrior and a ritualist (except instead of ritualist weapon spells, theyre more like enhancements to ARMOR that boost tanking capabilities)
First off Mechanic would obviously have 80 armor (being the new tank and w/e)
- i would say he has 2-3 energy regen (im not certain because 3 seems abit overpowered)
- (uncertain as to what weapon, maybe all melee weapons, or even a REAL spear (not a throwing spear),, like a halbred or something)
The attributes would be:
Stamina (1-16) (class specific)- for each rank in this attribute gain 10 hp, and .5 dmg reduction
Specialization(1-16) : Improves the quality of armor modifying spells/skills with each rank.---Also Raises effectiveness of skills of this attribute
Armaments(1-16) : Improves quality of weapons status(by +1 dmg/rank) but reduces dmg reduct by .5 per rank---Also Raises effectiveness of skills of this attribute
Defensive Focus(1-16) : Improves quality of your shield for each rank (.5 dmg reduct vrs all) but reduces your attack power 1dmg per rank---Also Raises effectiveness of skills of this attribute
Im not sure much about the skills yet, this just was a thought to me that i would like to share with you all. I hope it is some what balanced, and i hope you all can participate in criticizing and making suggestions for this class. Also help me think of skills /alternate attributes is also good.
1 skill i think is...
[Specialization] - Armor Mode- Increase your armor by 100% for 10-40 seconds but lose 1 hp for each point of damage you took in this MODE when it ends.
MH would be the abbreviation, and also MODES would stack with STANCES making one damn effective tank lolz
