A Skill suggestion
This will probably be suitable for a mesmer Elite or maybe for a new type of class...
Skill Name : Charm Person / you can have a Charm animal or Charm Monster versions.
The idea is you have to go and touch someone - like blackout.
It hexes them for up to 20 seconds once removed , you take over their charecter and you see what they used to see before.
your charecter stands still ,cannot move, suffers - 10-4 health degen and exposed to damage.
you have control over their body for duration of up to 25 seconds.
when the effect is over you suffer exhaustion and lose all energy.
the charecter that is the victim can see themselves and they bar get changed to one skill. Resist Charm - which has a 5-10 seconds recharge depend on the strength of the charm. this skill has the power to interrupt the charmers actions.
I know this is alot - but the skill description would say somthing like this:
Charm Person - 25 Energy, 2 sec cast, 60 secs recharge:
Hex a single human Foe for 3-20 seconds, Once Hex removed, Control it for 5-25 seconds and suffer 5-10 health degen. target gets 5-10 seconds for interrupts.

I would say something more around "Confuse". Taking control of a person would be extreamly difficult if not impossible. If you created a confuse skill that would make the computer AI take over in favor of your team.
That would also create new weapon mods that increase/decrease the confusion durration.

And you would want some monster doing this to you, effectively taking you out of the game for 20 seconds? This is fun?
Add to that monster encounters often have more than 1 of the same type and then you have multiple members of your team unable to act.
Yes there are solutions to hexes but this would just stink.

Ok say your playing gvg. Two/three players on your team bring this skill. They target the other teams monks and take over the monks. Enemy team has no healing/prot for 25 seconds = gg 30 seconds?
Nothing like this will ever get implemeted.
EDIT: I just noticed you said when it is removed. So the caster has a chance to arcane echo this spell and with shatter delusions control two players?

I swear they should make a sub-forum and call it "Completely retarded, game-breaking skill ideas" where stuff like this can go. Seriously over the past week or so in here I've seen some skill ideas like a skill that does an instant-kill, and a skill that makes you invisible...
