Perhaps it's just me, but I think one of these could help out in the game. For instance, I've noticed that not a lot of people use the P window to look for parties for trading or whatnot. In fact LA1, Drok1, etc are as bad as they ever are and with people spamming furiously, I only notice about a dozen or so people using P to advertise their trading. Or the other day I was in muddy river and there were a couple groups looking for a party, but none of them where using party search.

P isn't the only place to use it. For instance ANet could talk about other new features they add between chapters. They could talk about some of the game updates in them. They could give players tips on heroes or what skills might work well together. Maybe bug fixes. That sort of thing.

It should be something that can be disabled except for bigger changes which would display once. I'm not too sure where the best place to put it would be. I'm thinking maybe the right side of the screen during character selection or perhaps as a "chat interaction" like you'd get with an NPC.
