Not always the case. I sometimes look for a monk, I do not say what monk build I need because I need like 3 monks. Another case: Have monk A, need monk B, find another monk A, ask if the first one can switch. Oh lets not forget cordinating which resses people have, it is sometimes important to have a diverse res spread in case you have a 1 hp bipper, a tank that is tanking over a wall and need to pull people out of sticky situations. Lets not forget some people want you to bring certain skills which require you to rework your bar.
This would be handy if people used it

So now we have another form of player griefing... Everyone checks ready but the 8 year old kid, now the game block goes into effect, preventing the party from leaving. 8 year old kid falls out of chair laughing. Repeat often...
Please don't give players anymore forms of harrassing someone else.
Try this on for size:
In team chat ask Ready? Majority wins.
1 = ready
2 = not ready
It works, no updates need to download, no party chocking progress halting checkboxes, no more erronous code slipped into the game to be exploited.
You weren't ready? Speak up next time. You did and the party leader left anyway, not a party you want to be in to begin with.

Yeah we all know your system works perfectly....
Common sense, if the idiot not checking the box is acting so, boot him because this shows how helpful he'll be.

Also as well, it's not always the leader that leaves... It's the other party members, too.

But my heroes are always ready! /sarcasm
This would make a good addition to the recent party-formation/management changes.

I like this idea. I hate it in HA when you are switching from one build to another or when you are using Balthazar Faction and all of a sudden, you're fighting the Zaishen.

I got that response after I suggested this. Leave her quote to your interpretation. Any thoughts?
P.S. I bet nobody will believe me but on that Sunday I asked her about mini pets in town... Now look at the update info, what do ya know? Mini pets in towns! I'm not saying I should take full credit but I think I helped ignite that idea. Unfortunetaly I don't have a screenshot of it because I was only focused on the remark in the pic I took.
