Not all emotes are listed on those cards, Guild Wars site and it even in Guild Wiki they have found some new ones some time ago.

Command would still be the, won't be replaced, they just have another way to input them.

So people would still mistype.

The spanish command for ready is '/ya', well... better than [hotkey]>Click emote or Menu>Commands Panel>Click Emote, hitting [Enter],/,y,a is much faster for me, so both system would coexist.

you could always ping it from the skills menu
that or when you ping it, it says the skills rather than emotes.
but w/e its just a suggestion.
