Be able to have the Boss glow for your character!
I think that you should be able to attain a certain level of experience with your PVE characters that you would be able to attain a glow that is found in bosses with in the game. I think that if some one was able to amass five million experience on one character they should be able to get not only a title, but also the same glow that is found in bosses. I would think of this as a type of reward for putting some much time in to a character.
One thing that you could also add to this aspect is maybe also adding “Super Skills” to these individuals that have attained so much experience with one character. Maybe it would only be one skill per profession. Granted I don’t have ideas as to what those skills would look like but, I do think that there needs to be more of a reward to those individuals that put in needed time to amass crazy amounts of experience on one character.

The glow should be the second or third birthday present. If it was just raw experience, people that constantly do the quests in fow/uw would have it in no time and it would be a symbol of farmers and not experienced players.

You can do the chalice of corruption quest and drink from it, then not finish it.
But just make sure you have a good healing spell. lol

Maybe a new level for a title, Grand Master..And that would give you a glow. Or maybe 3 grand masters to get a gold glow. Showing that it would need skill to get the glow..
Darky..

If it was via raw experience, farmers (like me) and people who do FoW and UW waaaay too much (like me) and people who LIVE in DOA (like my alliance) would have it in nothing flat. But if it was with the 2nd B-Day present, then... whoo!

I love the idea of the Glow to be a B day present. that is awesome. but I don't think it should just go to a person that has been on Guild wars for two years. I think it should go to some one that has been on for two years and has beaten all of the chapters. other wise people you are just rewarding people for having old accounts. I think there needs to be some sort of achivement associated with it. but I would personally like it to be a PVE achivement. (but I am biased)

Actualy i posted that idea in the 2nd bday thread first .Its should be a bday present. No noob would play the same character for 2 years without a dedication to the game and i think its a perfect way to reward that dedication to the character by making him a boss of humans. ^_^ damn my warrior would love it!

Signed for b-day..... but rather than the plastic sheen that is found on MOB bosses, why not give more of an all body version of the Prophecies Collectors Edition "Divine Aura"?
It can be toggled via a special new Title. Wear the title, and your character will have the corresponding profession's "Divine Aura" all over his/her body. And not just while doing emotes either. All the time.
In my opinion, that would fit more with the graphics styling of GW more so than the colored cling-wrap thing that bosses wear. That stuff is just fugly.

Maybe instead of something as glaring as a glow (giggle) it could be an accessory on your birthday. Similar to holiday hats. Like a funny nose and glasses accessory! Or clown shoes. LMAO

Seems pointless, but I guess a lot of things can be considered that way.
You'd have to restrict it somehow, either by limiting it to outputs (or even a limited number of people in the outpost, as per minipets), otherwise it'd just get annoying.
